Hello to everybody!!
This week the students have practised their listening skills, working on different worksheets related to animals. They have also watched a video and tried to sing "Oh Macdonal had a farm" (a bit difficult for them).
I introduced new vocabulary about "School Things". They have learnt how to answer the question "What is this?" "This is a .....".
Next week, we will continue working on this vocabulary.

Week 5th, 7th November

Apart from reviewing the previous vocabulary, we have learnt new greetings and farewells:
- Nice to meet you
- How are you? I'm fine, thank you. And you?
- Bye, bye. Good bye. See you.
We have distinguished Farm animals and Zoo animals (Girls usually prefer farm animals and boys tend to show more interest towards zoo animals!!!!).

As homework, I would like them to watch this video. We will practise this song next week.
See you on Tuesday!!!!

Week 29th, 31st October

This week we studied the numbers up to 30. We also studied and enhanced the vocabulary of animals. We practised the question "What is your favourite animal / colour? They had to answer using whole sentences "My favourite animal / colour is..." They also practised short answers "Yes, I do / No I don't" to the question "Do you like dogs, cats.....?"
Of course, we were speaking about Halloween and the children learnt vocabulary about this too: "witch, vampire, pumpkin, etc.

All the children showed interest and were very participatory.
